Hi, I'm Jodi
CPA, Tax Agent, Xero Certified, Profit First Certified
When I started presenting business training back in 2017 I had no idea it would lead here – but in fact looking back this is the ultimate goal – teaching people to use Xero, and create profitable businesses is what I've been teaching over and over again.
I created this course to help more new bookkeepers find their confidence to do it right the first time and reduce costly mistakes – like getting caught short with a surprise tax bill or working for next to nothing in your business.
I've been an accountant since the year 2000 when GST was introduced into Australia. Since then, I've been teaching MYOB & Xero bookkeeping in small groups and 1:1, with participants building on their skills to create smoother bookkeeping and finance functions in their business. Since 2019 I've been a certified Profit First Professional, which gives both skills of money management using the Profit First method, as well as business improvement methods to improve sales, reduce costs, and increase profits.
